Beautiful Venue, Friendly Team, but Room for Operational Improvements

Cedar Creek is an absolutely stunning venue, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Our wedding day turned out to be truly special, and when a few mistakes arose, the Cedar Creek team worked hard to resolve them, which we deeply appreciated.

That said, there are some operational improvements that could enhance the experience. For example, offering online forms for key details would help ensure all parties are aligned and reduce the need for repetitive communication. Unfortunately, we experienced some hiccups, such as issues with our booking code and a paid bar being turned into a cash bar.

Overall, Cedar Creek is a beautiful place to celebrate, and with a few tweaks to their processes, it could truly shine as an exceptional venue.
