All the Details: FireFest 2015
FireFest 2015 will be held November 7th! This free, family-friendly event in Downtown New Haven has captivated crowds for more than five years with performances by fire dancers and technicians; the lighting of the House of Fire & Ice; and the releasing of flaming arrows across the Missouri River into the Burning Man.
FireFest 2015 will also feature a tribute to veterans (cannon firing hourly and re-enactors from the Civil War, World War I, and World War II), artists demonstrations (blacksmiths, glass blowers, Raku firing, candle making, wood carving, and more), children’s activities (storytelling, petting zoo, and more), live music, food, and a spirit garden. Pumpkins are also chunked with a trebuchet-pretty cool.
