Celebrating a New Chapter for Western Town

Cedar Creek has been part of many stories. The latest being the popular on-site brewery, 2nd Shift Brewing’s move to St. Louis, Missouri.

“2nd Shift fans had their first taste at Cedar Creek, and we expect nothing but greatness from their expansion,” said Patrick Vatterott, General Manager.

Cedar Creek has been fortunate to witness, support, and feature the culmination of 2nd Shift’s hard work, ingenuity and relentless dedication to the pursuit of the greatest tasting beers. This pursuit has led to an increase in demand that exceeds capacity that Cedar Creek offers.

This move begins yet another chapter for Cedar Creek, one in which involves Cedar Creek’s Western Town, based off a 1950’s Hollywood movie set, as a popular tourist attraction. Open on weekends to the general public, the Western Town’s attractions feature a Saloon and the Town Hall. The Town Hall features delicious food, live music, local spirits and scenic views of the rolling Missouri countryside. Its counterpart, the Saloon, offers tastings or pints for those that want to play a quick round at Cedar Creek’s National Par-3 golf course.

The Town Hall will continue to offer 2nd Shift beers, and will expand its draft beer selection to include a variety of local craft breweries. With 26 taps, the Town Hall will soon provide the largest selection of draft beers in wine country.

In addition to hosting musician guests each weekend, the Town Hall will be sponsoring the New Haven Music Fest on July 30th. The New Haven Music Fest will feature 10 bands, specialty drinks from craft breweries and distilleries, and a wide assortment of food from various vendors.
